Five Days of Camping Meals
We cook WAYYYYY more when we camp than at home. Like, so much more. And guess what? We tell the kids - the camper isn’t home, this is what we have - and it works!!!
I promise you - Sarah does NOT eat salmon at home. But she does love pasta. And the granola bar is just because we’re camping. Win-win-win!
We also try to make sure we have lots of super easy, outdoor, kid-friendly, fun options as well. Plus of course always the old standby of peanut butter sandwiches and applesauce and milk.
We are getting ready to go on our first long trip of the year - five days at CAMP GULF in Destin, FL. I am so incredibly excited because we have a BEACHFRONT SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally, on the beach. Plus, the gulf life also means yummy shrimp, so I meal planned accordingly. Here’s what’s on the docket for the next 5 days.
